Terms & Conditions

01

Introduction

Welcome to Akindos. By engaging our services, accessing our website at akindos.com, or entering into any agreement with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of Akindos services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

02

Services

Akindos provides the following digital marketing and ecommerce services:

  • Store Development & Management (Shopify & WooCommerce)
  • Design & Content creation
  • Paid Advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • SEO & GEO (Search Engine & Generative Engine Optimization)
  • Social Media Management

The scope of services for each client is defined in a separate proposal or agreement. Services not listed in the agreed proposal are not included and may be subject to additional charges.

03

Payment Terms

All payments are due as outlined in the client proposal. The following conditions apply:

  • A deposit or advance payment may be required before work begins
  • Monthly retainer fees are due at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services
  • All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing
Akindos reserves the right to suspend services if payment is overdue by more than 7 days, without liability for any resulting delays or losses.

04

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun. Exceptions may be made in the following cases:

  • Work has not started and the client cancels within 48 hours of payment
  • Akindos is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal reasons

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@akindos.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

05

Contract Duration & Termination

For ongoing services (Paid Ads, SEO, Social Media Management), we recommend a minimum engagement of 3 months to achieve meaningful results.

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice
  • Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly
  • Early termination does not entitle the client to a refund of fees already paid
  • Upon termination, all access granted to Akindos (accounts, platforms) must be revoked by the client

06

Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery of our services, clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to required accounts, assets, and information
  • Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe
  • Ensure all content provided to Akindos is legally owned or licensed by the client
  • Communicate clearly and respond to queries within a reasonable time
  • Pay all fees on time as per the agreed schedule

Delays caused by the client’s failure to meet these responsibilities may affect project timelines, for which Akindos will not be held liable.

07

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all agreed fees, the client owns all final deliverables created by Akindos for their brand — including designs, content, and website files.

  • Akindos retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and case studies, unless the client requests otherwise in writing
  • Any tools, frameworks, or proprietary processes used by Akindos remain the intellectual property of Akindos
  • Deliverables remain the property of Akindos until full payment is received

08

Confidentiality

Akindos treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not share, sell, or disclose any client data, business information, or strategies to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.

Clients are similarly expected to keep confidential any proprietary strategies, pricing, or processes shared by Akindos during the engagement.

09

Results Disclaimer

Akindos applies best practices and proven strategies to deliver results, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as a defined ROAS, ranking position, or follower count. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and client product quality.

Past results (including our own Miraj Sons case study) are shared for informational purposes only and do not guarantee similar outcomes for other clients.

10

Limitation of Liability

Akindos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11

Changes to These Terms

Akindos reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through mutual discussion first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
